ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great fantasy. I like the cover.
ReplyDeleteSounds like the beginning of a great fantasy series. I love the character name, Elin
ReplyDeleteShe looks very wild and troublesome.
ReplyDeleteI think the girl looks sad, angry and terrified all at once, though grimly determined.
ReplyDeleteLoving the title here.
ReplyDeleteElin is a little wild to start with. Describing her as sad, angry, terrified and determined pretty much sums her up. Thanks for pointing that out - I'm too close to it to have really seen that. The designer nailed her personality!!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds intriguing. The cover is eye catching.

Looks like a interesting read.
ReplyDeleteJane Shand is a new author to me, but I want to thank this blog for the introduction.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading this book.
This sounds like a good entry into the genre, but I am beginning to believe that part of pre-marital counseling for 'magical' parent possibles should include some arrangement for any children left parentless to be raised in such a way that they don't find out about their own abilities with no preparation!
