ReplyDeleteI work in the hospitality industry as well. What is the funniest moment you have had working in the hotel industry? One of mine is we were hosting a group reservation for a bunch of exotic bird owners as there was a bird event nearby. One of the guests didn't lock up a cage and a big parrot got out and scared one of the housekeepers to death when she opened the door, the bird flew out right at her. Too funny to hear this beautiful African American housekeeper retell her story and the way she told it.
